• As a manager of production technology, you will be responsible for improving business processes. After working in the mother factory in Towada, you will be expected to be assigned to locations in Vietnam, India, Turkey, or Mexico (there may also be opportunities in locations other than those listed above). • The Kaga Electronics Group has four business domains: electronic components/semi-conductors, EMS, information equipment, and amusement. Qualifications

Willingness to work abroad and desire to be involved in manufacturing

Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in PCB assembly

Knowledge of assembly: SMT, DIP

Production technology skills: process design, equipment and jig introduction, man-hour analysis, procedure manual creation, and production preparation and startup skills

Manufacturing technology: site management, process improvement, procedure manual creation, man-hour analysis, and training skills for staff

Inspection technology: knowledge of circuits, knowledge of inspection machines, analytical knowledge, and coverage management

Quality assurance: skill to manage milestones, knowledgeable in QC tools, and able to create and guide a system for defective product countermeasures, recurrence prevention, and preemptive measures

Language: TOEIC score of 600 or higher
